Greg McCotter is a member of Golden Software’s Customer Support team. Before joining Golden Software in 2019, Greg worked for J Crew for almost a decade doing everything from part-time stockroom stuff to store management. After studying at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Greg graduated with a B.S. in Applied Geology. He is excited to be able to combine his expertise in customer service with the geoscience field.
Greg finds working in customer support to be fulfilling as it allows him to make a difference for people. No matter how big or small, it always makes him happy to know he has helped make someone’s day easier. When Greg is not at work he enjoys films, traveling, and Disney. He is also a Young Professional with AIPG, the American Institute of Professional Geologists.
