As Chief of Staff at Golden Software, Laura multiplies the productivity of the CEO and Leadership Team by driving alignment, strengthening company culture, and ensuring accountability to core processes.

Laura joined Golden Software in 2023 as Executive Assistant to the CEO and was promoted to Chief of Staff in early 2025. She studied psychology at Colorado State University and brings over a decade of experience in operations and program management within the human services industry, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership support, systems thinking, and cross-functional coordination.

Outside of Golden Software, Laura launched her own administrative consulting company, supporting small business owners, public figures, and creatives. Her work centers on empowering others through trusted, behind-the-scenes support and creating operational clarity so people can do their best work.

Laura was born and raised in Lima, Peru, and currently lives in Colorado.

Laura is a competitive Salsa dancer and enjoys traveling, performing, and connecting with her family and others through dance.
