Laura Escalante joined Golden Software in January of 2023 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Laura attended Colorado State University and studied psychology. She has an extensive background in operations and program management in the health and human services industry. It was through this work that she discovered her calling of directly supporting leadership and managing projects.

Laura is passionate about empowering others to thrive in their roles by proving trusted support behind the scene. Prior to joining Golden Software, Laura launched her own administrative consulting company where she supports small business owners, public figures, and creatives.

Laura was born and raised in Lima, Peru and currently lives in Colorado.

In her free time, Laura is a competitive Salsa dancer and enjoys traveling, performing, and connecting with her family and others through dance.
